Identified

We have identified the root cause of the delivery issues as the Zix Email Encryption service.

To restore flow, we have temporarily re-routed all email around this service. Standard inbound and outbound mail should now be functioning normally.

Because the encryption layer is currently bypassed, the GTCTLS and GTCEncrypt services are offline. Do not send sensitive information using the GTCTLS or GTCEncrypt Subject keywords until we confirm that encryption services have been fully restored.
